As a San Diego local, Dylan Morales’ professional journey started by earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from San Diego State University. Mr. Morales furthered his education by earning his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law; where he also earned a concentration in Labor and Employment law. After several years of practice, Mr. Morales then returned to the classroom to earn his certification in Mediation with an emphasis in Labor and Employment law from Cornell University.
Mr. Morales has celebrated a unique career as a labor and employment attorney in that he is bilingual in English and Spanish and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in both single and representative actions. Mr. Morales’ clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies, corporate-level plaintiffs, local breweries, and undocumented workers.
As a neutral mediator, Mr. Morales exclusively handles employment law matters. These disputes range from wage and hour issues, FEHA claims, retaliation, and wrongful termination allegations. Furthermore, Mr. Morales is well versed in resolving both single-plaintiff and representative actions. Mr. Morales’ mediation philosophy emphasizes thorough preparation, dynamic negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in a timely manner.

Parties take a full day to explain and expound on the dispute at issue for your Mediator’s evaluation via Zoom.
*The $4,000 price represents each half of payment due by the respective Parties.

12-hour Representative Matter Mediations

Let’s divulge in your high-stakes dispute with enough time to provide all parties the attention they deserve via Zoom. Don’t worry, breaks are allotted!
*The $7,500 price represents each half of payment due by the respective Parties.

M.E.M.O is Committed to Critters!
For each and every mediation, M.E.M.O. will pledge two Adult tickets to your respective Firms for the San Diego Zoo, Los Angeles Zoo, or the Oakland Zoo.
Alternatively, M.E.M.O. will pledge the financial equivalent of two above zoo tickets for the aforementioned zoos and make a same-sum donation for the local Humane Society of your respective Firm’s choosing.

(1) Parties are to contact Mr. Morales via email to propose potential mediation dates as well as the mediation service requested.
(2) MEDIATION BRIEFS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Briefs are to be submitted two-weeks prior to Parties’ scheduled mediation at the aforementioned email address unless a prior agreement between myself and the Party is granted.
(3) Payments are requested upon the submissions of mediation briefs. Payment per party may be made by either check or the links above and are to include a confirmation of payment screenshot sent to the above email address.
